Only registered claimants can have their records submitted earlier. If the claimant you wish to submit records for for has not been registered, please register the claimant and then make the appointment thereafter.
Paying for the appointment upfront has benefits of being granted an incentive after signing a binding SLA. It is important to understand that forming longterm relationships will allow for certain terms to be relaxed from when the relationship has matured.
