Within the One X-i Advanced System, we make it easy for your to submit documents prior to the claimant coming for an assessment.
Once a claimant has been registered online, you can call therir details up and submit their medical records securely online hassle free. Whatever document you have sent, a confirmation of receipt of such will be made via your registered email. You need not log-in to the system to submit documents.
Online Document Submission
Whilst we do not enforce that you submit documents online, you are still at liberty to send us the documents as an email, we will gladly push them through into the system so you can automatically receive confirmation. Sending ddocuments via email is not the safest as transmission of health related information may sometimes be blocked.
